You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your region) to use FLUX. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FLUX for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

3. Health & safety disclaimer

FLUX is a fitness and entertainment product, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. You use FLUX at your own risk and are responsible for exercising safely.

4. Third-party services

FLUX integrates with third-party services such as Apple Music and Apple Health. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and their availability is not guaranteed.

FLUX, its logo, and all related content and technology are owned by FLUX and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLUX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction of FLUX's operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
