Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FLUX mobile application and website (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your region) to use FLUX. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FLUX for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

3. Health & safety disclaimer

FLUX is a fitness and entertainment product, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. You use FLUX at your own risk and are responsible for exercising safely.

4. Third-party services

FLUX integrates with third-party services such as Apple Music and Apple Health. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and their availability is not guaranteed.

5. Intellectual property

FLUX, its logo, and all related content and technology are owned by FLUX and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. User content & zero tolerance

FLUX includes an optional social feed where you can share runs, photos, and comments ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content and are solely responsible for it. By posting, you grant FLUX a licence to host and display it within the Service.

We operate a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You may not post content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes the rights of others, and you may not impersonate another person, spam, or harass other users.

Every post in FLUX can be reported, and any user can be blocked directly from the feed. We review reports and remove content or restrict accounts that breach these Terms, ordinarily within 24 hours.

8. Suspension & termination

We may remove content and suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, where we believe these Terms have been breached or where action is necessary to protect other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLUX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction of FLUX's operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
